✿ Frozen cookies can be reheated in the oven at 70-80°C for about 10 minutes.
Alternatively, thaw at room temperature until the surface is dry, then you can start decorating with icing.
✿ After taking the icing out of the freezer, let it thaw at room temperature. There may be slight separation of moisture.
Simply knead it gently to mix, and then you can start decorating.
✿ After decorating the cookies with icing, place them in the oven at a low temperature (around 70-80°C).
Bake until the icing becomes dry and hard (approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour is recommended).
Since the icing is made with fresh egg whites, it is highly recommended to bake them!
✿ Unused icing can be stored in the freezer.
However, it is not recommended to repeatedly thaw and refreeze it. It is best to use it within two weeks.
