【Ingredients】

Cookies: Butter, Powdered Sugar, Eggs, Cake Flour, Cocoa Powder

Icing: Powdered Sugar, Egg Whites, Wilton Food Color Gel

✿ For frozen cookies, re-bake in the oven at 70-80°C for about 10 minutes.

Alternatively, thaw at room temperature until the surface is dry, then you can start decorating with icing.

✿ After taking the icing out of the freezer,

Thaw it at room temperature. There may be slight separation of moisture.

Simply knead it gently to mix, and then you can start decorating.

✿ After decorating the cookies with icing, place them in the oven at a low temperature (around 70-80°C).

Bake until the icing becomes dry and hard (about one hour is ideal).

Since the icing is made with fresh egg whites, it is highly recommended to bake it!

✿ Unused icing can be stored in the freezer.

However, it is not recommended to thaw and refreeze repeatedly. It’s best to use it within two weeks.
