Please read the below information before purchase

◍ Boxes will need to fold by oneself, for more information please see "Baking Knowledge: How to fold boxes" on official website.

◍ As overseas shipping fee is liable to change, please DO NOT purchase goods on our website without first contacting us.
   Please write an email or message to inform us the name of the product and the quantity you wish to purchase. 
  We will then check the current shipping fee and open an individual listing for you to purchase.

◍ You must provide us with your full name and address in English, except for the following areas: Hong Kong, Macau and China.


◍ We will ship your orders by Chunghwa Post or SF Express 〈The distribution is assessed by Baking Fun〉


◍ Accepted Payment method for international orders: currently we accept VISA、MasterCard、JCB and China Union Pay

   ※For trade security reasons, if you are using credit cards issued outside of Taiwan, during transaction the buyer might need to use 
  the 3D secure authentication function of the card provider. If your credit card provider does not have the 3D secure authentication function, 
  then we must kindly ask you to use other credit cards that have the feature. For more information regarding the 3D secure feature please contact
  your credit card provider.

  3D Secure systems recreate the high level of security of a physical payment environment by requesting further payment authentication. 
  The objective is to provide a safe and secure online payment experience across all three domains using a password that is validated by the 
  card issuer and further checked by all other parties involved in the transaction.

  This service does not need extra fees or require software installation. For further information please contacts your card provider.

◍ International Buyers-Please Note: 
  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. 
  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.


◍ Shipping freights are applied on all international orders.


◍ Discount prices are not applicable to international orders above NTD3,000

To avoid dispute, there will be video taken before each order is boxed.


◍ Individual listing is customized orders, customers must check the details of the products carefully and 
   have all inquiries answered by Baking Fun prior to purchase. 
   Options to return or refund are not available except when product is faulty.


◍ Products cannot be shipped overseas are: electronic products, fragile products, frozen and refrigerated products and 
   some perishable products. IF customers insist on purchasing, Baking Fun cannot guarantee the goods' completeness after shipment. 
   Customers need to understand and accept the risks of products being damaged or spoiled during the shipment, or being seized by Customs. 
   This might also affect the receiving time.


◍ Customers will not be able to change the shipping address once the purchase is finalized. If customers require address change after purchase, 
   customers will be charged additional fees for service handling.


◍ IF shipments are returned to Baking Fun due to incorrect shipping details given by customers / shipment refused to be accepted by customers  /  
   shipment returned without prior coordination with Baking Fun, customers are liable for the shipping cost. IF customers decide to cancel an order, 
   the refund will deducted from all relevant losses. IF the goods are damaged during the shipment will also be deducted by the conditions.

About product failure

◍ To avoid misunderstandings, Baking Fun suggests customers to make a video recording when opening the package. 
   In the case of needing to apply for return or refund, please contact Baking Fun within 7 days of receiving. 
   Please provide the video and the packing list we included.

◍ International shipping may cause scratches, dents, deformation, dampness or unusual smell of the outer packaging. 
   The above conditions will not count as the product being faulty, as usage is not affected.

◍ Baking Fun Guarantee to deal with any issues with refund and other inquires.

◍ If you wish to return the products, the goods need to be unused with complete packing, and must include any accessories or gifts. 
   Also include the packing list we sent out. Please pack carefully when returning. If the product is damaged badly during the return shipment, 
   this may affect your returning rights and interests.

◍ Before returning, please contact us and reach an agreement first. Baking Fun will not accept the return and refunds application if 
   returned without coordination. Customers need to pay the freight before re-shipment.


Return and Refund application

◍ Individual listing is customized orders, therefore we only accept return and refund for faulty products.

◍ To avoid misunderstandings, Baking Fun suggests customers to make a video recording when opening the package. The video must 
   show clearly the unopened package, the opening process, products and packing list. Any damage caused by misuse of users shall not be accepted. 
   Customers need to contact us within 7 days via email with the video attached, in order for refund or return application to be accepted.

◍ Please contact us via email in order to apply for return or refund. If you are not sure if the conditions are met or not, please also contact us, we will coordinate with you.

◍ Baking Fun currently accepts NTD only. The exchange rates of national currencies are based on the exchange rate and the relevant regulations of the bank 
   that issued your credit card. In the case of return and refund, Baking Fun will use NTD to apply for a refund to your credit card issuer. 
   The amount of local currency you receive will be in accordance to the actual bank exchange date. There might be exchange difference due to the currency rate fluctuations.
