Earl Gray is about 85 g

Cranberry/Bittersweet chocolate/Coffee Almond are about 95 g

【Ingredients】


Butter, powdered sugar, egg, low gluten flour, vanilla paste


✿Instructions:


Defrost: Allow the dough to defrost for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. Avoid slicing when it's too hard or too soft.

Pre-Baking Preparation: Freeze for 10-15 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before baking.

Baking: Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20-23 minutes.
