Precautions:

Plain Cookies (No Icing, Assorted Shapes, 10 Pieces):

Approximately 3-4 cm in diameter, store in the freezer.

Before consumption, re-bake at 70°C for 10 minutes.

Icing (Halloween Limited Edition Colors, Set of Four)

Store in the freezer.

Each color weighs approximately 30 grams per pack.

After decorating the cookies with icing, place them in the oven at a low temperature for about one hour (approximately 70-80°C), or bake until the icing becomes dry and hard.

Frozen cookies can be reheated in the oven (70-80°C for about 10 minutes) or thawed at room temperature until there is no moisture on the surface before starting to decorate with icing.

After taking the icing out of the freezer, let it thaw at room temperature. Some slight separation of moisture may occur; simply knead it slightly to mix and then start decorating.

Once the icing cookies are decorated, place them in the oven at a low temperature (about 70-80°C) and bake until the icing becomes dry and hard (approximately one hour is recommended).

The icing is made from fresh egg whites, so it is recommended to bake it thoroughly.

Unused icing can be stored in the freezer, but it is not recommended to repeatedly thaw and refreeze. It is best to use it within two weeks.
