1.Fine quality heavy steel, sturdy, great heat conduction

2.Excellent 3 layer non-stick coating, easy to release

3.Coat with thin layer of oil or use baking paper

Warning:

1.Wash with mild detergents and dry with soft cloth before and after use

2.Do not use high temp. steam to cook or clean the product

3.Do not soak for too long, will affect the life time

4.Avoid using abrasive cleaner or scouring pads

5.Heavy knock/ knife will damage the surface

6.Do not leave the filling and finished product in the mold for a long period of time
