☆★ Lemon flavored handmade egg rolls ★☆
Ingredients:
Unsalted butter 100g 、low gluten flour 100g 、a bit of vanilla extract
Lemon juice 5~10g、 a bit of lemon skin
Salt 1g、Fine sugar 60g、3 room temperature eggs
Methods:
1.Leave the unsalted butter at room temperature to become soft
2.Whip the butter with electronic mixer, add in sugar and salt whip till fluffy
3. add in vanilla extract and mix evenly
4. Mix in egg 1 at a time (must mix evenly before add another egg)
5. Add in sifted flour into batter (2 times), mix well with spatula
6. Add in lemon juice and mix well
Tips:
1.Please be careful while making egg roll
2.For crispy egg roll, bake the batter sheet until gold color before making into roll
