MATFER_Cannele Copper Mold(Thin)_MT340417

Material: Copper + tin plating inside

Round diameter about 5.5 cm/ H:5 cm/ Thickness 0.08 cm  

**Maintenance Before Using**

Ingredients & Tools: Beeswax, 2 pots (1 inner pot, 1 outer pot), copper molds, gloves, newspaper

Suggest to use old pots that can be dispose after use. It's better to use pot which is wide and shallow

1、Use the method of double boiler. Place beeswax in the inner pot and heat the outer pot till water is boiled, then turn off the gas. 

At this stage beeswax can keep warm and not solidified immediately. Turn the gas on again if beeswax start to solidify.

Keep the temperature of beeswax under 70 degrees Celsius

2、Fill molds with melted beeswax (90% full). Stay for 3~5 minutes for them to cover with thin layer of wax.

Pour back spare wax to the pot.

3、Preheat oven with 100 degrees Celsius. Bake for 5 minutes then pour out the melted wax.

Repeat the above steps for 9 times to complete the maintenance process.
