✿ Reheat frozen cookies in the oven (70–80°C for about 10 minutes).
Alternatively, let them thaw at room temperature until the surface is free of moisture, then start decorating with icing.
✿ After taking the icing out of the freezer,
let it thaw at room temperature. Some slight water separation may occur.
Simply knead gently to mix evenly, and it's ready for decorating.
✿ After decorating the cookies with icing, place them in the oven to dry at a low temperature (around 70–80°C).
Bake until the icing hardens completely (approximately 1 hour is ideal).
Since the icing is made with fresh egg whites, baking is strongly recommended!
✿ Unused icing can be stored in the freezer.
However, avoid repeated thawing and freezing.
It is best to use within two weeks.
