Maintenance tips

1. This mold was not individually packed after manufactured, therefore it's normal to have some scratches

2. Although it's an non-stick mold, but suggest to coat some butter/ oil before use. Can also cover some flour after butter/oil to make it more easy to unload.

3. After baking, unload when the tray is still warm.

4. Cleaning detergents are mostly alkali, will easily damage the mold surface coating. Replace detergents with hot water or baking soda.
