【Ingredients】
Cake:Flour、vegetable oil、egg、milk、sugar、vanilla paste
Whipped cream: 35-38% whipping cream、sugar
Icing cookie: Flour、butter、powdered sugar、egg
(Icing: Egg white、powdered sugar、color paste)
Instruction
Frozen fresh cream needs to be thawed in the refrigerator 24 hours in advance. Once thawed, pour it into a large bowl and whisk until the surface is smooth and uniform, then it's ready for cake frosting.
Chiffon cake base should be moved to the refrigerator the day before for thawing.
During the frosting process, place the fresh cream over ice water to maintain its cool temperature and prevent separation of oil and water (detailed tutorial available in the video).
After completing the cake, consume immediately or store in the refrigerator. (Refrigerated storage lasts approximately 2-3 days.)
