Storage condition: 24 degrees Celsius 


For trimming, modeling, molding, cake decorating, bread filling and heavy butter cake making

1. Cut chocolate into small pieces, place in clean dry white iron container

2. Use water bath method to melt the chocolate, boil the water to 60 degrees Celsius

Keep the chocolate temp. at around 45~50 degrees Celsius

3. Keep stirring the chocolate to avoid forming small air bubbles. Be careful with water that will damage the taste and luster
